AMASFLY SELECT publishes your vacancies on a careers portal with your brand, checks documents and assesses applicants with online tests, so your team decides with information.
Documents that expire, tests that cannot be compared and decisions nobody can reconstruct. SELECT organizes the process from application to decision.
Each applicant registers with a verified email and uploads their documents. Your team approves or rejects them with a reason, and expiry dates stay in view with their traffic light.
Each test gives a score, a percentile against your organization’s cohort and a traffic light. The PDF report and the comparison by vacancy gather it all.
Stages, internal notes, history and blind-rated interviews. Nothing is sent on its own: a rejection is a draft that your team sends with one click.
Your vacancies on a portal of your own, with your logo and color, in Spanish and English. Each vacancy defines the documents you ask for and the questions you pose, and the applicant creates an account with a verified email.
Cognitive aptitude, working memory, mental arithmetic, spatial orientation with instruments, coordination, multitasking, attention and perception, aviation English with an estimated ICAO level, aeronautical knowledge and a personality questionnaire. Keys and the clock belong to the server.
Details, documents with their status and expiry, score, percentile and traffic light per test, estimated ICAO level and validity of the personality questionnaire, in Spanish or English. It is a report for the selection team.
Today SELECT works on its own. The step from an approved candidate to the rest of the suite is built but switched off until each airline agrees.

LMSThe hired candidate will move to the LMS campus with the agreed data: email, name, language, position, program and start date.
SELECT
CrewThe hire will reach OPS and Crew as a pending onboarding that your team confirms before the record exists.
Each connection is switched on per organization, as agreed with your airline.
SELECT runs on the Cloudflare cloud. Applicants and your team use it from the browser.
The organization is set by the portal’s domain, never by a parameter, and every query is scoped to it. Automated tests check isolation.
Only validated PDF, JPG and PNG files up to 10 MB are accepted, with a random internal name. Downloads go through the server and every view by your team is recorded in the audit log.
The applicant consents before uploading documents or applying. Data is deleted after 365 days of inactivity, adjustable per organization, and they can ask for their account to be deleted.
The server scores with a deterministic engine and never trusts a score from the client. SELECT does not decide: percentile, traffic light and report support your team.
