Your SMS library, indexed
Atlas indexes the SMS operational library in the background and syncs with each new revision. On every document you see whether it is current and whether it is already indexed.

AMASFLY Atlas
Knowledge
AMASFLY Atlas answers questions about the manuals and policies in your operational library, and every answer cites the document, the revision and the page, with a link to open it.
Atlas is used as a tab inside the SMS: “Sign in” takes you to the SMS.
Screenshot of the real interface; the answer and its sources are examples.

Procedures, revisions and policies spread across dozens of documents. Atlas reads them for you and takes you to the page, inventing nothing.
Staff ask the way they speak and get the answer with a link to the document, instead of writing to the quality department.
Atlas answers only from indexed documents and does not search the web. If the answer is not there, it says so and suggests whom to ask.
Atlas inherits the role permissions of the folder in your SMS library: nobody gets a citation from a document they cannot open.

Questions and answers in Spanish or English. Each source can be downloaded as a page or as the full document, and you can say whether the answer helped.

The SMS Atlas tab adapts to the phone screen, so you can look up a procedure from wherever you are.

Atlas has no front page of its own: it is used as a tab inside your airline’s SMS. That is why it starts where your library is.
Atlas indexes the SMS operational library, respects its role permissions and opens as a tab inside the SMS, with single sign-on.
Atlas will query SMS records, such as compliance, with each user’s permission.
Each connection is switched on per organization, as agreed with your airline.
Atlas runs on the Cloudflare cloud. Every answer can be checked because it carries its sources.
Documents and their vectors are kept separate per organization, and every query is filtered by organization and by the user’s permissions. Leak tests between organizations run before every deployment.
Atlas answers from the retrieved sources and has no web search. Documents are treated as data, never as instructions.
The download links of the sources are signed, expire and are tied to the user who asked.
To answer, only the fragments of each query are sent to OpenAI, not your library. Answers cite their sources so you can verify them: they do not replace the judgment of your quality department.
